I ordered the doll during a November special, where ordering an Elsa Babe doll came with an extra free head. The doll arrived in great condition and looks gorgeous. It definitely took awhile to have the doll sent out, and there was a little setback during the production but Alice kept me updated and corrected any issues that came to be.

I was hesitant at first to get one these dolls but after a little research I decided to get one . Customer service was great if I had any questions they would always answer them and when I got my doll it was exactly like what I thought it would except a little heavier then I thought. Slicone is the most durable and is heavier.

Very good communication from the staff during the purchasing, production and shipping process. The doll itself looks very realistic, but the best thing about it is the weight. At the time of this purchase there isn't any other doll on the market of this size that weighs this little, its by far its best feature. It makes it very practical. Also the articulated hands seem very solid and well made. Can't wait to see what TAYU will be making in the future.
