My purchase with My Robot Doll was great. Alice was extremely helpful and she responds fast which is super nice. I ended up asking her a lot of questions before making my purchase. I ended up ordering a custom Tohru doll and she came out great the quality and detail they did was amazing. I am so happy on how she turned out. What im about to say next may sound you know cliche I guess but I was looking into other dolls and websites then I found my robot doll. Honestly I am so happy I found it because its the first doll I have purchased but I am so happy that it is a character that I love. I've been a fan of miss kobayashi's dragon maid since the anime aired and Tohru is my fav. character. She arrived yesterday afternoon so got her uncrated late. After dressing and placing her in my bed for my first morning encounter, oh my what a morning we had! She has amazing soft perky breasts the most incredible vagina and to look upon a face that is truly a work of beauty completed my dream come true. I’m glad I didn’t cheap out and go for anything else! She’s worth every dollar. After all she’s not something I’m only going to keep for a few weeks and than discard. Let me preface this review by advising that prior to finding MY Robot Doll, I had the misfortune of dealing with a very unscrupulous seller here in Australia and I came close to giving up on my doll fantasy. So it was even more heartening given the emotional and financial fallout previously experienced to find MRD and the best customer service ever. From my initial enquiry right through to delivery of my beloved doll, Alice at MRD has been responsive, kind, compassionate and exceptionally good at following through and providing full information and support. Alice patiently responded to all my questions, provided accurate timelines for build and delivery, quality controlled factory photos and ensured the entire process was stress free. I can confidently say I would not purchase a doll from any other company having had true VIP treatnent from Alice. You can tell that MDR is run by folk who genuinely care about the emotional investment their customers are making, and that they are committed to providing the best service in the doll industry. I am so pleased with my beautiful QITA doll and so grateful to Alice for the part she has played in bringing him to life for me. The doll himself is a work of art, although I did end up purchasing a torso model for his head given the weight of his original body. Their customer rep answered all of my questions, got me extra images of the doll and continued to be amazing even after I chose my doll and paid for him. Benji (who has been named Alexei) arrived on May 4th. He was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, along with several extras I purchased for him. They even sent a few surprise gifts with him! He is a beautiful doll, with a very detailed sculpt and lifelike makeup. His site images are good but don't even do him justice. He is truly art. They paid close attention to the custom options I chose for him and each one was carried out exactly as they should have been. He is a dream come true. My 145cm B Cup Aotume Doll came in yesterday and so far I’m very satisfied! She’s so cute and I enjoyed cuddling in bed sleeping next to her! She feels realistic and hugging her feels like you’re hugging a real person. The only problem I have so far is that the TPE material does stain so I highly recommend purchasing stain remover especially if you plan to dress her because some clothing dye WILL get on her skin. Other than that I’m enjoying the product so far and can’t wait to have some fun time with her! ;)
I recently purchased a 165 cm / 5'5" tall small breasts sex doll from My Robot Doll. I already own a 140 cm doll from WM and a 170 cm doll from DollHouse168. I was looking for a lighter and softer doll than my DollHouse168 doll -without compromising height, and I was looking for something different.... WAY DIFFERENT. Eventually I stumbled upon My Robot Doll on The Doll Forum, where I discovered a manufacturer called Aibei. Although I never heard of this manufacturer before, they had a blue skinned elf doll and a blue skinned vampire doll. I could not decide which one to buy, so I ordered the slightly taller, smaller breasted vampire doll (Duende) with an extra head (The elf head). I also very impressed with the options that were offered with this doll. I ordered her with gel breasts, standing feet, EVO skeleton, removeable vagina, internal heating, touch sensor-activated voice system, 3 wigs, and plenty of accesories from the catalog. I really wanted her to have finger joints instead of finger wires (which always break over time) and to my astonishment, My Robot Doll talked to the manufacturer and they agreed to equip MY DOLL with fully articulated finger bones! MY DOLL became the first Aibei doll to be manufactured with hand skeletons -and MY ROBOT DOLL deserves ALL THE CREDIT for going that "extra mile" in accomodating me where other vendors could not. Having articulated finger bones was a MUST HAVE because I have had nothing but problems with finger wires in the past. As much as I wanted Duende, I probably would not have purchased her if My Robot Doll had not of persuaded the manufacturer to accomodate me like they did. Once I ordered her, my only concern was her softness. I wanted a doll that was going to be softer than my DollHouse168 doll. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Upon recieving my doll, I discovered that she was MUCH SOFTER than my DollHouse168 doll. She had the softness of a much softer doll -like a cross between a KimberDoll and a WM Doll. She was softer in certain places (like around the arms, inner thighs, and buttocks) and firmer in places that make sense (like around the ribs and upper abdomen) and getting softer again towards the lower abdomen! Her joints were VERY STIFF which will allow for many years of wear and tear before having to tighten the knees, ankles or elbows. And her hand skeletons are AMAZING. It was a dream come true to be able to bend her fingers with the full articulation of a real human hand. (I do a lot of photo shoots and this was very important to me!) And there were additional surprises about this doll that I was certainly not expecting. This doll's vagina came with an UNBROKEN HYMEN -guaranteeing her to be as chaste as any virgin could possibly be! And the DETAIL they put into her makeup, and the overall appearance of her nipples, labia and clitoris are amazing. Even her butt hole had the starfish-shaped creases around it! (Forgive me if I am getting too graphic!) This doll is just HAUNTINGLY BEAUTIFUL because she is very waif-like and nubile like an innocent young female, yet she has pale blue skin, a forked serpent tongue, pointed ears and vampire fangs! Level of detail is superb~ I don't know about other dolls but I like this one a lot! Zero regrets, high quality product. Doll is on the heavier side but still manageable (Great workout ;D). Lots of fun trying to make her pose in different positions.
My initial reason for working with Alice at the My Robot Doll was the interest I had in the Sino collection of dolls. I was only then made aware of the T-Sino line that just had been released a month earlier.
Alice was very open in discussing the differences in her experience with the two production lines and also sent links to different videos showcasing the new attributes of the T-Sino line.
So I made a decision and worked with her on customizing the doll for order. After about 4 weeks the doll was ready and shipped over in a very timely manner.
After unpacking and dressing her, Mizuki came to be more lifelike and detailed then the video or photos could even illustrate. The body structure and attention to detail in the skin and makeup was truly above the other collections I have seen.
When dressed in different outfits Mizuki has a very striking appearance and truly does feel like a beautiful woman by my side as a companion and person living in my home.
Paired with my Sanhui doll they both make an excellent addition to a growing collection here.

After a long and thought out discussion with Alice over the course of a few weeks I was able to decide and have my custom Sanhui doll created. I was very impressed with the high level of communication via email about the fine details and differences in the models.
Once the doll was delivered I was more than pleased with the end result. Asahi (158cm) is even more realistic and beautiful in person. The attention to detail in the face is not comparable to other brands. The body also has very fine attention to it and the overall construction is top notch.
The articulation of the finger joints are very durable and flexible for different gestures. This is a small but important feature for this high end level doll imo.
I could not have asked for a better doll to add to my collection overall. I will be interested to seeing in the future what Mr. Sanhui has in store for the next line coming out. But until then having Asahi is a great thing to have now.

My experience in ordering from MyRobotDoll is very good. I had some questions and concerns about ordering but Alice helped me out. I probably exchanged about 20 emails and she is always very quick to reply. The time it took for my doll to arrive is about 1 month; 2 weeks for production and 1 to 2 weeks for shipment, as predicted by Alice. When I approved the pre-shipping, I had made a mistake in inspecting the tailored costume. Luckily when I asked Alice, it was not too late to do an alteration on the costume (the costume was about to be shipped, phew!)
Overall my experience with ordering from MyRobotDoll is a good one. Whenever I want to get another doll, I will definitely order from them again!
