I didn't want a "special" companion, and the MyRobotDoll representative was kind enough to talk me through different options. For anyone else in a similar position, just know that yes, you can basically get a giant doll that is smooth like a Barbie!
As far as craftsmanship goes, the quality is amazing. I ordered two different heads for my doll and both came out perfectly! For being handmade, it really is as perfect as humanly possible.

Absolutely love this doll, was a little worried about the size being to small at first but it's perfect for convenience. I have two other full dized dolls that can be a pain lugging around and cleaning but the Akane doll is light and real easy to clean! I definitely recommend this doll!
The realism of the WM Doll 174cm G cup is amazing. The soft TPE skin looks and feels like a real woman. The beautiful face and body are like a Playboy model.
