Already a member? Sign in before placing your order to receive your membership earning rate. Each customer may have only one MRD Rewards account. Account creation alone gives no rewards rank or Bronze Discord badge.

Yes, for eligible guest orders placed on or after 7 October 2026, provided the order is securely linked to your account before we first mark the whole order complete after its final shipment. Link it as soon as you order. Guest orders earn the Bronze rate in effect when placed, currently 0.5%, saved for that order. This also applies if you already have a higher rank but order without signing in; sign in before ordering to receive your member rate. A later promotion or change to the Bronze rate does not change the saved rate. Linking after first completion is too late for purchase points, even if the order is later reopened. You may still be eligible to claim its historical spending under the separate rules below.

Open My Account and sign in or create your account using the same email address as your order. Follow any email-verification or emailed password-setup steps offered, then check that the order appears in your account’s Orders section. Entering an email address or simply signing in does not guarantee that a guest order has been linked. If it is missing, contact us promptly so ownership can be checked and linking completed before the order’s first full completion. Orders under a different email address also need our review. If you selected “Create an account?” during checkout, that order is already attached to the new account and needs no second linking step. Linking an order and claiming past spending are separate actions.

Your first paid qualifying order linked to your account unlocks Bronze once we begin preparing it for you, or if it has already started shipping. You do not need to wait for final shipment. An order still awaiting its initial review does not unlock Bronze. Creating an account or receiving an estimate at the Bronze earning rate does not itself grant Bronze membership. Unpaid, cancelled or excluded-only orders do not qualify. Bronze earns 0.5%. Silver begins when your qualifying purchases total US$3,000 and earns 1% on later signed-in orders. Gold begins at US$6,000, Platinum at US$12,000 and Black at US$25,000. Ordinary purchases count toward these higher ranks after the 60-day wait described below; eligible historical spending claims follow their separate rules.

Purchase points become available 60 calendar days after your whole order is complete and the final item has shipped. If your items ship separately, the wait begins after the final shipment and full completion, even if production took a long time. The qualifying spending, any higher rank and any new one-time achievement points are added at the same time. Bronze can start earlier, once your first paid qualifying order is linked to your account and we have begun preparing it. For an eligible guest order, the account link must already be in place before the order is first fully completed; the 60-day wait is not extra time to link it. Historical spending claims follow the separate rules below.

Qualifying spend is the eligible amount paid in cash after discounts, MRD Points and any complimentary delivery benefit. It includes eligible products, cash-paid shipping, ordinary fees and tips. Tax, including VAT and sales tax, cancellation fees and excluded products do not earn points or qualifying spend. Refunds reduce the qualifying amount. When you order signed in, your order earns at your effective membership rate at that time; a first qualifying purchase without a rank earns 0.5%. Guest orders use the Bronze rate in effect when placed, currently 0.5%, including orders by existing members who are not signed in. The rate is saved for the order: a later promotion or rate change does not recalculate it.

It estimates purchase points on the eligible cash amount after discounts, MRD Points and any complimentary delivery benefit, including eligible cash-paid shipping, ordinary fees and tips. Tax and excluded products do not count. The estimate updates as your checkout changes, excludes rank-achievement bonuses and does not award points. Guests see “No Rank” and the guest earning rate; signed-in customers see their current effective rank or “No Rank”. Selecting account creation does not itself grant Bronze. Estimates show MRD Points and their US dollar value. In another checkout currency, the local equivalent is approximate and uses the current exchange rate; it does not guarantee the conversion when you later spend your points.

Each available MRD Point is worth US$1 of pre-tax value toward eligible purchases, with no program-imposed minimum spend or redemption cap. Sign in to your account and apply your available points directly at checkout. Contact us if you need help. Points cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

Yes. Your entire points balance expires 12 months after qualifying rewards were last added to your account. Eligible linked orders can protect your unexpired points while we review, prepare or ship them, subject to the applicable protection deadline and any extension confirmed by our team. After full completion, an eligible order can protect an unexpired balance through the normal 60-day rewards waiting period. Linking or completing an order later does not restore points that have already expired. Spending points alone does not restart the clock; the resulting order follows the same rules. If you pay entirely with points, we renew your balance at the same time we would normally add that order’s rewards, even though it earns no new purchase points. A cancelled order does not restart the clock. A historical spending claim renews an active balance only if it awards new, positive rank-achievement points. Spending-only claims, duplicates and previously earned or restored achievements do not renew the clock or revive expired points.

Using points or letting them expire does not lower your rank. Refunds, cancellations or corrections to ineligible purchases can affect the qualifying orders and spend behind your rank.

Refunds and cancellations reduce the points and qualifying spend earned from the affected purchase. If that leaves another order awaiting production or delivery short of payment, you may need to pay the difference.

Yes, if they meet the historical-claim rules. Sign in to My Account, verify your current account email and open Rewards → Claim past purchases to review and confirm your eligible completed purchases. A successful claim adds previously uncredited qualifying spending and any newly earned rank-achievement points and applicable membership benefits. It does not award purchase points retrospectively or restore unused annual benefits from earlier years. Guest orders linked too late for purchase points may still qualify. Recent website orders retain their normal completion wait; past purchases already listed as ready to claim do not start a new 60-day wait. Orders awaiting normal rewards are shown as pending rather than separately claimable, and spending already recognised cannot be counted again.

The deadline is the later of one calendar year after the purchase was completed and any extended historical-claims deadline set for the program. Without an extension, the one-year date applies. Your claim list shows the applicable deadline; you can claim through that date in the store’s calendar. Your current account email and ownership must be verified, and the purchase must meet the other historical-claim rules. This deadline is separate from the 7 October 2026 launch date and the requirement to link a new guest order before its first full completion to earn purchase points. Missing that guest linking deadline does not by itself prevent an otherwise eligible historical spending claim.

No. Gold awards 25 points, Platinum 50 points and Black 100 points when you first reach each rank. Each is a one-time achievement award, not a yearly benefit.

Annual benefits reset on 1 January. Unused annual allowances expire at year-end and do not roll over. This applies to Gold-and-higher delivery, sourcing concierge and production-priority allowances where included in your rank. The allowance is the annual total for your rank, not an allowance for each order. A promotion includes benefits already used that year. Silver delivery is different: it is one lifetime use, with no annual renewal or year-end expiry.

Silver includes one complimentary standard delivery during your membership. At Gold, one delivery per calendar year replaces the Silver lifetime benefit. If you used your Silver delivery in the same calendar year, reaching Gold gives no immediate extra use; your next allowance starts on 1 January. If the Silver use is still unused, you have one available delivery, not two. A Silver delivery used in an earlier year does not reduce the current Gold year’s allowance.

Silver includes one lifetime use; Gold, Platinum and Black include one complimentary standard delivery per calendar year. It is available in the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Norway, Switzerland and the UK; taxes may still be payable. The benefit applies below US$200 in merchandise, assessed after ordinary discounts but before MRD Points. Tax, shipping and fees are not part of this delivery threshold; this is separate from the broader point-earning calculation. Merchandise totals of US$200 or more already qualify for ordinary free shipping and do not use this benefit. Contact us for help using your delivery benefit.

Send us one reference photo for an item or outfit by email or Discord. We make a best-effort search for the original or up to three alternatives, where available. The service includes available sizing and availability information and one clarification. Products, shipping, alterations and other third-party costs are separate. A completed search uses one request even if no suitable match is found. Ordinary advice does not use an allowance, and an out-of-scope request declined before research does not count.
