My Robot Doll Ordering Process


Thank you for visiting our Ordering Process page! We appreciate your interest in learning more about how to place an order with My Robot Doll. We follow industry-standard procedures, and what makes us unique is our strong ties with partners in China and personalized assistance every step of the way. Simply choose your doll, customize it, and then leave the rest to us. We'll handle everything from crafting to delivering your dream doll to your doorstep.

To provide accurate details, it's important to note the distinctions between the processes for In-stock Dolls and Customized Dolls. Check out what you can expect from each process below:

Customized Dolls are 100% tailored to your taste.

Here's how the Ordering Process works:

  1. Choose and customize your desired doll. Need assistance? Scroll down and watch our brief video tutorial on adding customized options (Only 2 minutes!).
  2. Select your custom options and click "Add to Cart" when satisfied.
  3. Review your choices in "Your Cart" and capture a screenshot of your Cart. Then, proceed to "Checkout".
  4. Keep the ‘email me’ option checked so that you will receive an invitation to our exclusive Doll community (Customers Only). Uncheck the 'email me' box to opt out. You will still receive order updates.
  5. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method. Explore our payment options here. Then, place the order.
  6. Receive the immediate confirmation via support@myrobotdoll.com and a personalized email from our Our Customer Care Team through the same email.
  7. Review your order within 24 hours before we send it to production.
  8. Production begins.
  9. Once complete, we'll email you the factory photos for approval
  10. If everything looks good, we'll dispatch your doll after your confirmation. If modifications are needed, we'll work closely with the manufacturer to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  11. Your customized doll is on their way! Arrival time may vary; check the details here.
  12. We'll send you a review request through Judge.Me. All our reviews are 100% authentic. Your feedback on the purchasing experience and service will help other doll lovers find a reliable vendor and contribute to our growth. Your input is highly appreciated :)

In-stock Dolls are ready to go, just as you see them in the photos.

Here's how the Ordering Process works:

  1. Choose your preferred doll.
  2. Click "Add to Cart".
  3. Review the order details in "Your Cart".
  4. Proceed to "Checkout".
  5. Keep the ‘email me’ option checked so that you will receive an invitation to our exclusive Doll community (Customers Only). Uncheck the 'email me' box to opt out. You will still receive order updates.
  6. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method. Explore our payment options here. Then, place the order.
  7. Receive the immediate confirmation via support@myrobotdoll.com.
  8. Within 24 hours, we place your order with the doll manufacturer.
  9. These dolls are pre-configured, so no factory photos are provided.
  10. Expect dispatch within 2 business days.
  11. Your doll arrives in 3 to 10 days, depending on your location.* Check the details here.

  • For order updates, please expect communication from us at support@myrobotdoll.com. You can also reach out to our Customer Care Team using the same email address. Led by Alice, our Team is available to assist you with any requests or questions you may have during the waiting period for your doll.

 

  • If you selected the 'email me' option while placing an order, you'll receive all our curated content and an invitation to our private Doll Community (Customers Only) from sofia@myrobotdoll.com, our Social Media Manager. *Exceptions can be applied for in-stock dolls in China dispatched to Europe.
