How to Repair Your Doll
Step 1 — Clean and Prepare: Clean the area with warm water or a mild cleaner. Apply baby oil or mineral oil evenly to improve heat distribution.
Step 2 — Preheat and Set Temperature: Start on low speed, then set to 150–200°C (302–392°F) using the stepless knob and direct the airflow at the damaged area.
Step 3 — Apply Heat Evenly: Hold the gun 15–30 cm (6–12 inches) away and move it steadily back and forth. Test on a spare TPE sample first if possible, or use a thermometer to monitor surface temperature.
Step 4 — Smooth and Restore Texture: While still warm, use fine sandpaper or a textured cloth to blend the surface and restore natural skin texture. Avoid flat surfaces — they leave the skin shiny.
Step 5 — Finish with Baby Powder: Once fully cooled, dust lightly with baby powder to restore softness.

Safety Guidelines
Keep the heat gun away from flammable materials at all times, and ensure your doll is in a stable position before you begin. If you notice a strong smell coming from the TPE during heating, stop immediately and ventilate the room. For longer repair sessions, use a fan or wear a mask. Never block the air vents during use, and always allow the nozzle to cool completely before handling or storing the gun.
