Each manufacturer designs their insert cavity to their own dimensions and geometry. A WM Doll insert has a different diameter, length, and flange design than a Zelex insert. 2. Doll Size / Height

Within the same brand, cavity dimensions can vary by doll size. A 145cm body typically has a shorter and narrower cavity than a 168cm body from the same manufacturer. 3. Material Compatibility

TPE inserts are designed for TPE doll bodies and silicone inserts for silicone bodies in most cases. WM Doll

WM Doll is one of the largest manufacturers in the industry and one of the most widely used brands in our catalog. WM inserts are available in both TPE and silicone and are compatible with most WM bodies that were ordered with the removable option. WM uses a relatively standardized cavity across their full-size range, making insert selection more straightforward than some other brands. Confirm your doll's height before ordering.

Zelex

Zelex produces predominantly silicone dolls with a silicone insert system. Zelex cavities have specific dimensional requirements — the insert flange design is different from TPE-brand standards and cross-brand use is not possible. Silicone insert only for Zelex bodies.

Fanreal

Fanreal is a premium silicone manufacturer with their own insert specification. Fanreal inserts are silicone and designed specifically for Fanreal bodies. Limited SKUs — check current listings for available configurations.

Inserts for Fabric Dolls

Fabric sex dolls — cloth-body dolls with a soft outer shell — use a different insert system from TPE and silicone hard-body dolls. The fabric cavity is typically more flexible and accommodating in terms of diameter, but insert length and shape still need to match the body design. Most standard TPE inserts from major brands will not fit fabric body cavities correctly — use only inserts specified for fabric dolls.

TPE vs. Silicone Inserts

TPE Inserts

Softer and more flexible — easier to insert and remove, with a warmer, more compliant feel. Slightly more porous than silicone, requiring thorough drying after cleaning to prevent bacterial growth. More affordable and the default option for TPE doll bodies. Lifespan varies with use and care — typically 6–18 months with regular use before replacement is recommended.

Silicone Inserts

Firmer, non-porous, and easier to clean thoroughly — a quick rinse with antibacterial soap is sufficient and drying time is minimal. More durable than TPE over extended use. The correct choice for silicone doll bodies and the preferred choice for buyers who prioritize hygiene and longevity. Internal Textures
